Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026 · Draft for legal review
Business details and actual service and data practices must be confirmed before this policy is published as final.
1. Agreement and scope
These terms describe the proposed conditions for using InboxLeaders.com’s website and ordering inbox infrastructure. The company and service name is InboxLeaders.com. Before paid services launch, its registered business details, business address and applicable jurisdiction must be confirmed. A confirmed order and any separately agreed service terms define the scope of your purchase.
If you order on behalf of a business, you must have authority to bind that business and provide accurate contact and setup information. This draft is not a substitute for a signed enterprise or data-processing agreement where one is required.
2. Services and third-party providers
InboxLeaders.com offers provisioning and setup assistance for Google Workspace inboxes, Microsoft 365 inboxes, Azure tenants and pre-warmed inboxes. Depending on the confirmed order, setup may include domain configuration, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, access handover and connection to a supported sequencer.
Google, Microsoft, domain registrars and sequencers are independent providers. Their availability, platform rules, licensing requirements and acceptable-use policies also apply. InboxLeaders.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Microsoft.
3. Orders and activation
Before activation, the parties should confirm provider, quantity, billing period, domain arrangements, warmup option and any add-ons. You must supply accurate information and authorize changes only for domains and accounts you own or are permitted to manage.
Displayed setup estimates are not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly agreed. Activation may depend on domain verification, DNS propagation, provider checks and timely customer responses. The current website checkout is an order-summary preview: it takes no payment and does not activate services.
4. Pricing, billing and cancellation
The confirmed order must state recurring charges, billing period, any one-time domain or setup fees, applicable taxes and any renewal arrangements. Pricing estimates on the website are not an invoice. No automatic billing is enabled by the current preview.
Before recurring billing is introduced, cancellation instructions, renewal timing and the effective cancellation date must be disclosed. Changes to an active order or future pricing should be communicated in advance as required by the agreement and applicable law.
5. Refunds and service issues
Any refund entitlement is determined by the agreed order terms, an applicable Refund Policy and mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. The Refund Policy is currently a draft and must be finalized before paid orders are accepted; no blanket non-refundable rule or refund window is established by these terms.
If provisioned services do not match the confirmed order, report the issue with relevant order details so it can be investigated. Replacement eligibility, response times and any priority support commitments must be confirmed for the purchased plan rather than assumed from marketing copy.
6. Domains, accounts and credentials
You remain responsible for domains you bring, including ownership, renewals and existing DNS records. For domains purchased as part of an order, the registrant, renewal responsibility and transfer arrangements must be specified before purchase.
Protect account credentials, enable available security controls and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not resell, transfer or share access in a way that violates the confirmed order or the underlying provider’s terms. Administrative access is limited by the purchased service and provider permissions.
7. Lawful and acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy, provider policies and laws applicable to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK GDPR, PECR and CASL where relevant. A business email address or a claimed legitimate interest alone does not make every outreach message lawful.
Infrastructure must not be used for spam, phishing, impersonation, malicious content or evasion of provider restrictions. You are responsible for recipient data, message content, required permissions, sender identification and unsubscribe handling.
8. Deliverability and pre-warmed inboxes
Inbox placement, reply rates and continued provider access depend on factors outside InboxLeaders.com’s control, including sender reputation, recipient engagement, list quality, message content and provider filtering. No particular primary-tab placement, campaign result or uninterrupted deliverability is guaranteed.
Pre-warmed refers to the warmup history described in the confirmed order. It does not guarantee inbox placement, authorize unsolicited messaging or remove the need to follow provider limits and responsible sending practices.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security incident, a provider requirement, a legal obligation or a material breach of the agreed terms. Where appropriate and lawful, customers should receive notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent risks may require immediate action.
Any termination process, remaining charges, refunds and handling of customer data are subject to the confirmed agreement and applicable law. Suspension does not automatically eliminate statutory rights or establish a no-refund penalty.
10. Privacy and confidentiality
The Privacy Policy explains the proposed handling of personal information. Parties should share only the information required for setup and support. Where InboxLeaders.com processes personal data on your behalf, the necessary processing terms and safeguards must be agreed before processing begins.
11. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your domains, campaign content and customer data. InboxLeaders.com’s site content and branding, and third-party trademarks, remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the service does not grant ownership of provider software or permission to misuse another party’s identity.
12. Liability and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any contractual liability limits, warranties, governing law and dispute-resolution process must be agreed and reviewed for the operating entity and customer jurisdiction before paid services launch. This draft does not impose an unconfirmed liability cap, arbitration clause or foreign jurisdiction.
13. Changes and contact
Material changes to active service terms should be notified as required by the agreement and law. For order or policy questions, consult the contact page for available channels. You can email hello@inboxleaders.com. The current demo form does not send messages.
This service must not be used for spam, phishing or illegal content. Violations may result in suspension or termination, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service.
